IT major Infosys Tuesday said it will announce its third quarter results on 11 January next year.

"The Board of Directors of the company will meet on January 11 to the audited financial results for evaluating third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2012," Infosys said in a BSE filing.

The Board will also consider the audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the third quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2012.

Shares in the company ended at Rs 2,311.30, down 0.33 percent from its previous close.
